Rules of the apartment La Madonnetta
La Madonnetta is a spacious apartment situated in an elegant residence in Chirignago, one of the municipalities in the commune of Venice. It is ideal for families or groups looking to stay in the region for tourism, work, or school.
Pets

Pets are welcome. |

Pets cannot be left alone in the apartment. |

Cleaning up after pets is the guest’s responsibility. Guests will be responsible for any eventual damage. |
Smoking

Smoking is permitted in the garden. |
 |
It is prohibited to smoke inside the building. |
check-in e check-out

Check-in between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM – Check-out before 10:00 AM. An early check-in or late check-out is not a huge problem, but please let us know the expected times in advance. |

Anticipating your check-in time may be impossible. However, we can always keep your luggage. |
books
 |
You can consult (but not bring home) the many books about Venice and its history available in the library lounge. |
 |
Book-sharing – Books in the hall lending library can be taken home, and we would appreciate if you could leave a book for future guests in return. |
environment
 |
Help us to respect the environment: close the windows when you turn on the air conditioner, turn off lights and air conditioning when you leave the house, do not waste water and energy! |

Use the appropriate containers to divide waste; instructions on how to sort are displayed in the hall. |

Each guest must have a valid ID to be registered in our structure (registration is provided for by the Local Police Regulation). |

Loss of house keys will incur a charge of EUR 50.00. |

Before going out, please remember to close all windows. Keep them closed every time you turn on the air conditioning. |

The apartment must be returned clean and in order, such as when it was received. |
 |
The internet wi-fi access can be used only for legal purposes; guests must commit not to upload, download or use content illegally. |
