Guest House La Madonnetta
La Madonnetta is a spacious guest house situated in an elegant residence in Chirignago, one of the municipalities in the commune of Venice. It is available for rent for families or groups looking to stay in the region for tourism, work, or school.
The Kitchen
The apartment has a kitchen equipped for six people. A high chair is also available upon request.
The kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, mugs, kitchen utensils, pots, and pans. If you need anything special in addition, please let us know.
The kitchen contains a refrigerator and freezer, a microwave oven, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a citrus juicer.
The Living Room
The living room of the apartment has a comfortable couch, two armchairs, a bookshelf stocked with books and Venice guides, and a television.
The Bedrooms
The apartment has three bedrooms.
The master bedroom, with attached bathroom, has another television and a wardrobe for your use.
The second room has a single or double bed, depending on the needs of the guests.
The third room has a single bed and a loft bed.
All three rooms are spacious and luminous. Guests can also request two folding beds for infants.
Entry and Hallway
The spaces in the apartment are really quite large. In the entry, guests can find technical information on the apartment, pubic transport, and the city, and also leave their baggage or anything for their pets.
None of the rooms are connected to the others, excepting by a luminous hallway, ensuring the privacy of guests.
The Bathrooms
The apartment has two bathrooms, both of which have windows and a shower.
We provide a set of towels for every guest.
In the bathrooms, guests will find toilet paper, liquid soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer at their disposition.
The Garden
The apartment is on the ground floor and faces a private garden, which guests may use to relax after a long day of work or visits or to enjoy the company of their four-legged friend.
Details
La Madonnetta is in a recently constructed building, and is therefore equipped with all the modern comforts. The layout of the rooms was expressly designed to make the apartment comfortable and welcoming even for short stays. When furnishing the apartment, we paid attention to comfort, aesthetics, and sustainability.
