For Rent in Venice: a rental apartment located on the quiet mainland
La Madonnetta is a spacious rental apartment located at 4C via della Madonnetta in Venice Chirignago.
It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a stocked kitchen, a spacious garden, and two parking spots, making it ideal for families or groups looking to stay in the region for tourism, work, or study.

in short
We usually rent the apartment to those looking to stay for a week.
Depending on availability, it may also work for those who want to stay in Venice for just a few days or for longer periods of time.
The location of La Madonnetta is ideal for anyone looking to visit Venice and its islands: it is 250 meters away from the bus stop: buses to Venice are every 15 minutes and they take 23 minutes to reach piazzale Roma, their last stop in Venice.
Anyway, there are plenty of possibilities for anyone staying in this apartment.
The Venetian lagoon, with its many marshlands, is a one-of-a-kind natural environment, and recognized as such by UNESCO.
Padua is a quarter of an hour away by train.
The Riviera del Brenta, with its towns and tranquility, is literally around the corner.
La Madonnetta can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, plus two small children in folding cribs.
Children are very welcome — they will find a welcoming environment that suits their needs.
Pets are also welcome, as long as they are used to staying inside. Obviously, if guests need something for their pet we ask that they let us know well in advance.
The apartment is on the ground floor facing a private garden, which guests can use to relax after a day at the sea or enjoy the company of a four-legged friend.
The kitchen is well equipped. If, during the stay, guests would like to cook something special and cannot find the proper utensils, feel free to ask us.
During their stay, guests can consult a variety of guidebooks on Venice, from the historical Lorenzetti one, to more modern ones, to some created specifically for children. They can also consult the History of Venice from Treccani, and other, smaller, books about the Republic of Venice, La Serenissima.
